She shares his DSIM Review with us & how digital marketing knowledge helped her in getting a promising job and that too when Indian economy is going through a mild recession.

Q1. Hi Shivangi! It is not even six months after you completed your graduation and you have got a very decent and promising job! So how it feels like?


Ans. Well it really feels good as we all know that it’s a period of recession. So it’s really tough to get a job and that for someone who is just a graduate. And getting a job which is of my interest and the field in which I wanted to work is just like a DREAM COME TRUE.

Q2. That’s great! By the way how did you get this job and what remuneration have you been offered?


Ans. After I completed my training with DSIM, I got the e-mail from DSIM regarding Job openings. So, I just went for the interview and got selected. It’s not more than a month that I am done with my training and here I have got placed in R.H. International Ltd. as a Digital Marketing Executive.
As I am fresher in this field so I have been offered with Rs15000 per month as my salary with incentives.

Q3. So, what are your key responsibilities in R H International being a digital marketing executive?


Ans. R H International is specialized in running online and digital marketing campaigns and I being the digital marketing executive here provide digital marketing solution to the clients by running various digital marketing campaigns and making alterations if required.

Q4. Sounds interesting! Anyway how did you settle on pursuing a digital marketing training program?


Ans. Right now I’m pursuing my MBA; I’m just done with my 1st semester exam. But the time I completed my graduation I was thinking to do something different and interesting. I have always been someone who had interest in doing something outside the box. So I got to know about Digital Marketing through a friend that it has a wide scope, which will only increase in the coming few days. So I just searched about it and got to know about Delhi School of Internet Marketing, I went there got to know more and end up doing the Digital Marketing course and here I am proud of my decision that I took at the right time.

Q5. Talking about digital marketing it is one of the highly booming industries at present. What’s your take on this?


Ans. Well I totally agree on this Digital Marketing is one of the highly booming industries and it will only increase in the coming few years because our country is developing, more & more technologies are launched daily. People are more interested in the digital industry now as it is easy and can be reached world-wide by investing a little and getting paid more. Besides, while all other industries are struggling to survive the recession, Digital marketing is still thriving.

Q6. Yes it is! So how did the training helped in your career’s take off?


Ans. It’s just the start of my career and I am already getting so many platforms to work on. So many ideas to help me grow more. For me everything is clear I know what all I can do now when I have a knowledge in this field, though I don’t consider it to be enough or that I know everything but I believe that with this li’l knowledge I’ll be able to learn more & grow more.
As it is said that “Education is not the filing of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.”

Q7. Very true! Anyway how was your overall training experience @ DSIM? Share your DSIM Review as well.


Ans. My overall training experience with DSIM was wonderful, my Trainers were nice and dedicated, they were always ready to help in any of my problems. So many things they wanted to share, they were always ready to give more & more time. So that all the topics gets clear to us, no matter whether they have to tell us one time or 3-4 times.
I learned so much on the topics and things in which I had zero knowledge.
Classes were fun, interesting and worth doing it.
My batch-mates, my trainers and the DSIM staff they all were so nice and friendly. I met so many wonderful people who all were from different fields and had different interests; I got to know so many new things. It was real fun and amazing.

Q8. So, before we finish it up is there something you would like to put across to the young students who are puzzled about their career


Ans. I would just say if you’re someone who is always ready to learn new things and someone who is creative, who usually puts questions like how and why about any new thing you see. Then you should definitely think about making Digital Marketing as your career. I am sure you’ll never regret it later, like now I am proud of my decision that I took at the right time, so you’ll be too one day hopefully.

Because this is the only time where everyone gets confused when it comes to making a choice on your career decisions.

Q1.Hi Ankit, you are working as Digital Marketing Strategist at ASP Media, so what all projects are you handling at your job?

Ans. I am handling team of 4-5 people and working on various projects like social media marketing, SMM, Adwords and analytics. I am the only digital marketer in ASP media.

Q2. Great! Ankit, tell us how did this training helped you?

Ans. Training helped me a lot. Training is best in DSIM, it gives you lot of good information and taught me lot of new things related to digital marketing space. That I never learnt before. It is completely a new field. Training at DSIM played a major role in life and my career. It helped me to get in marketing from sales domain.

Q3. Very well Ankit! So, what compelled you to undergo a digital marketing training?

Ans. Well, I didn’t want to be in sales; I always wanted to get job in marketing domain. I know digital marketing is present and future of world. Everything is going to be digitalized and demand of internet and online marketing is growing day by day. So, I thought to go with the flow and chose this domain to enhance my skills. Digital marketing training gave new direction to my career.

Q4. Nicely explained! What do you think is the scope of digital marketing?

Ans. Digital Marketing has emerged as the most promising segment is digital industry. It is the future of marketing and digital marketing job openings are expected to cross the figure of 20 lakh in the coming times. Digital marketing jobs in India are going to flourish and the field will witness immense action and growth. It is a good career options as now every business is getting their presence on internet so they need digital marketers for digital promotion and now it is correct time to pursue it as a career.

Q5. Well Ankit, how was your overall training experience and how would you rate the trainers @ DSIM?


Ans. Training experience at DSIM was decent. I learn lot of new things. Trainers helped me with all the stressful steps in beginning of digital marketing training, instead of it being difficult it has been a breeze, DSIM is just amazing!
I like to give 8.5 out of 10 as my DSIM review. Trainers are enchanting and knowledgeable. They have profound understanding about the subject.

He shares his DSIM Review with us how digital marketing helped him in an extra push to his career in terms of affiliate marketing.

Q1.  Hi Naveen, you graduated in commerce and you are working as a Digital Campaign Manager at AquGen. What are the job responsibilities you are handling over there?

Ans. I am working as a Digital Campaign Manager here in Ad network which is called AquGen. I am responsible for daily campaign management. I am handling all my clients for whom I did marketing.

Q2. Wonderful job profile. What role did the training play in getting you a job?

Ans. Basically, my interview was scheduled because of DSIM. I did submit my resume in DSIM placement cell and got this opportunity over here. The company got my resume from DSIM itself. So, in a way, I can say that DSIM helped me to get this job.

Q3.  So are you satisfied with your career status now?

Ans. Yes! I am pretty satisfied and getting promoted soon.

Q4.  All the best Naveen for your promotion. What do you think is the scope of digital marketing?

Ans. If I talk about the scope of digital marketing in upcoming years, there will huge boom in the industry. Nowadays, a startup business is going to launch online. So, there is a lot of job opportunity in terms of digital. In India, many people don’t know about digital marketing. Even our PM supports digital marketing and he wants to make every industry digital.

Q5.  Nicely explained Naveen. You completed digital marketing training from DSIM. How was your overall training experience?

Ans. It is a very good experience. My basic idea is to learn about affiliate marketing. I was enthusiastic from day one. I came to know about affiliate from DSIM itself. Accordingly, I just want to give an extra push to my career in terms of affiliate marketing.I like to say about DSIM is that they made this course easy to learn.

Q6. How would you rate the trainers @ DSIM? Share some DSIM reviews as well.

Ans. I really like to give 9 out of 10 for Mr. Gaurav Madaan. When I had classes with him, it was interesting and informative and very interactive. I learned a lot about affiliate and other modules.

Q7.  So, before we finish it up is there something you would like to put across to the Newbie who are puzzled about their career?

Ans. Yes definitely! For Newbie, I will suggest go for digital marketing training. Rather not go for well- established company, go for startups. Startups have lot of job opportunity.

Q1. Hi Hitesh! How do you feel when you finally have got a job you always had aspired for?

Ans. What an emotional roller coaster this has all been. I have been through every emotional phase one can possibly go through over the last 2 years. But now the tables have turned for good, I’m glad I got this wonderful profile.

Q2. So what is your job profile in your current company?

Ans. Well I’m a Senior Search Consultant handling projects of SEO & Google Adwords @ Qudos Digital.

Q3. Asking somebody for his/her salary doesn’t seem good but we are unable hold back our curiosity and are excited to know what salary you are grabbing every month?

Ans. It’s Thirty Thousand per Month.

Q4. Well! That’s a good figure! So what made you undergo a digital marketing training?

Ans. I’ve been always fascinated by this Marketing thing since my childhood days, gradually with the time I was realizing this that the current scenario of the Marketing is drastically changing from traditional norms to this Giant called “Digital Marketing”. So thought of learning it from Gurus & finally landed up with DSIM.

Q5. Talking about digital marketing it is believed to be the top most industry when it comes to growth rate at present. What’s your take on this?

Ans. As a Digital Marketer I’m seeing an immense scope of Digital Marketing in 5 years down the line, you see the point being everyone these days are carrying smart phones & with the power of internet the outreach has become wide & targeted.
Talking of Present scope this industry is Booming, & for the future it is certainly going be the Billion Dollar Industry.

Q6. True! Anyway how did the training help you?

Ans. It helped me big-time, I was not aware of some techniques & lessons that are must for this industry, every person I met there went above and beyond my expectations. The Class-room environment is so good to learn that even being an Amateur won’t be a problem. And you know what I am a fresher in digital media industry; I only have one year’s experience and that too in crude marketing. Getting paid 3.6 lacs being a fresher is all because of digital marketing skills that I have learnt.

Q7. How was your overall training experience @ DSIM? Share your DSIM Review.

Ans. Instructors are really awesome, younger and persistent and beneficial in their own way.
They assisted me expertly and they always cultivated & cherished my passion for Digital Marketing. Without the Delhi School of Internet Marketing I would not have a job that I love.

Q8. So is there something you would like to put across to the masses?

Ans. I only want to convey this to the masses especially young job seekers like me that tough time never remains forever however you too have to be well prepared and ever active to drive that out. I went through some tough times but instead of getting disheartened I researched on the market scenario and found what is that it requires. Then I went ahead and learnt digital marketing that added value to my resume and see here I am.

Q1. Hi Kushal, you have done MBA in marketing from MPSTME, Mumbai and did digital marketing training from DSIM. So what compelled you to undergo a digital marketing training?

Ans. In my course curriculum in MBA, we have to do an internship in marketing projects. I did an internship on 2-3 projects in my vacations earlier. Since my final placement was about to start that time, I was just trying to explore some option for an internship in digital marketing. Digital marketing is very booming industry and I want to explore the digital space.
That time I heard about DSIM, so instead going for internship projects, I joined advanced digital marketing course from DSIM.

Q2. Wonderful Kushal! As you are working as a business executive in ETP group. So, are you satisfied with your career status?

Ans. To be honest, I am a very ambitious guy. While I was in college last year, I want to do my project in digital marketing so I got a job in this booming industry. Still, I am waiting for good opportunities to come in digital marketing space.

Q3. All the very best Kushal. What do you think is the scope of digital marketing?

Ans. Digital marketing is a fast evolving domain with almost daily changes happening across various platforms. I think as the digital marketing industry is always evolving it is a good idea to spend time in learning these skills. Digital Marketing has opened up the opportunity in the Marketing sphere. This arena is highly dynamic and the more you delay, the more time you’ll have to spend in catching up.

Q4. Nicely explained! How was your overall training experience and how would you rate the trainers @ DSIM?

Ans. I love it, the class is very simple, the trainers give us enough time for each module to finish and do our homework and they explained all of the information in a great way. I’ve been in online batch; the online system they use is amazing. It is a wonderful ride and definitely feels worth it.I like to give 9 out of 10 for DSIM trainers. Each trainer is highly professional and has superb knowledge in their domain. They are always ready to help students and are passionate about teaching.

Q5. So, before we finish it up, do you have any message for the mass?


Ans. There’s no substitute for experience to build proficiency in digital marketing. Learn everything practically. Remember its fine to make mistakes in this learning process. That’s the only way you can learn Digital Marketing.
